- Please call us at (888) 466-0411 ext. 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
- When will I be charged?
- We will charge your credit card when you place your order
- My item is back-ordered what does that mean?
- We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has been sold out and is being re-stocked. We will notify you of estimated ship date or if it is sold out and we can not fill your order.
- How will my order be shipped?
- Orders will ship out within 3 business days. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If you have a specific shipping carrier request please email email@example.com immediately after placing your order. Two Day Delivery is $25.00 (2 to 3 business days) for domestic shipments only. Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Can my order ship internationally?
- Yes-we ship internationally. Standard shipping to Canada is $20.00 or free shipping on orders over $120. For all other countries a flat $29.00 shipping or free shipping on orders over $200. We will ship via the United States Postal Service International. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs is the customer’s responsibility. Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay. .
- What is your return policy? Synergy will accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 21 days of shipping date. Return authorization is not required. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you elect to exchange your item, Synergy will cover the shipping back to you. Synergy Clothing does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.

Please ship back to us the item(s) you would like to return via your preferred shipping method, with the original invoice number, and indicate whether you would like to exchange it for another item of if you would like to return it all together. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.
Please note, packages must be returned by a carrier that can provide guarantee of delivery. Synergy is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We suggest using UPS or FED EX for reliable delivery.
- How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
- Synergy will accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 21 days of shipping date. Most returns are processed within ten business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed.
- How will my return be credited?
- Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift certificate a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you.
- Can items purchased at a store be returned to us directly?
- Please make returns directly at the store from where you bought the item.

How do you care for your clothing? We recommend hand wash and line drying all of your Synergy garments for maximum longevity.
How can I view the balance on my gift card? First, you must associate the card with your online account by logging in (or creating a new account), and adding the gift card number in that section of your account. Alternatively, you may email or call Synergy to check the balance.
