When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days but depending on the volume of orders we have, it may take up to 3 business days. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
How will my order be shipped?
Our default shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail. For large or international orders we may ship via UPS or FedEx. If you selected 2nd Day Air shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS Express 2nd Day Air. If you have a specific shipping carrier request, please email websales@synergyclothing.com immediately after placing your order.
International shipping:
International orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Fees are calculated by customs officials, and cannot be estimated ahead of time by Synergy. We cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
